The point is that the US administration since the beginning of their movements for achieve Peace in the Middle East had been focused on the Egyptian side from the second day of the war 1973, through President Sadat's adviser for national security affairs (Hafez Ismail), where Egyptian President showed desire for peace, and was among the Egyptian proposals hold a conference international peace in order to achieve peace in the Middle East.

This study will deals the US administration moves to convene an international peace conference in Geneva, and it's communications with Egypt and Israel in order to obtain an international already in the history of the Arab-Israeli conflict parties to collect in one place.
