English Abstract
This study aims to disclose the reality of educational communication of the educational supervisor from the point of view of the resident teacher of science.
The researcher followed the analytical descriptive method.The study sample consists of 108 teachers who teach general science at the governmental and UNRWA schools for the classes from 7th to 9th level in North Gaza Governorate .
The study tool has been a questionnaire which contains of five fields and 60 items .
The study results show that the reality of the educational communication of the educational supervisor in Gaza is average, and that there are no differences of statistical significance in the responses of the sample individuals which can be based on sex , type of school or years in service : this is in the total degree of the questionnaire
