Abstract EN

Murder is of the greatest crimes that threaten the society safety and stability, and it is of the Grievous Sins that Islam forbade, warned of its dire consequences, and imposed severe punishments for its perpetrating in this world and the Hereafter.

This crime could be planned and carried out by a single person, and this is very often, and it could be agreed on in planning and execution by a group of people in advance.

Either they all participate in both planning and executing, or some of them may participate in planning and the others in executing.

This study shows jurisprudence and legal provisions of such crimes as dealt with by ancient jurisprudents under the title of "killing a group by an individual." The researcher discussed, in the first section, the meaning of murder and its verdict, and in the second section he discussed the rule of killing a group by an individual and its terms.

In the third section, cases of intentional killing are presented, and in the fourth section the researcher talked about the attitude of the Jordanian Penal Code towards this issue.

The researcher concluded his study by summarizing the general findings and some important recommendations.
