Abstract EN

This study aims to investigate the external audit and its impact on investment flows to KSE :An analytical &empirical study.

The importance of external audit lies in the determination of the relevant index state about the situation of the company according to real audit reports.

The sample of the study is constituted of external auditors and investors in addition with specialized faculty members.

We analyzed 45 complete question's is out of 50 by using SPSS.

The results show the clean impact of external audit in the investment flow into KSE.

The study also recommends researchers field to further explore the contents of external audit reports before making any investment decision.
