The natural resources was playing the key role for the economy’s orientation, there is no doubt about the abundance and scarcity of these resources into the birth of economics thoughts , though the varieties of the economics theories, from this point, we can mention to the role that played by oil wealth to manage international economic relations till the appearance of the alternative and renewable energies.

The inevitability of economic impoverishment of oil wealth, push producing countries to seek for alternatives to this resource due to its importance in their economies.

This article focuses on How to replace petroleum energy in the Algerian economy.
