Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الطائفية في الفكر العربي و ممارسة قوى الإسلام السياسي مع أخذ الدولة العراقية كحالة دراسة، و قامت الدراسة على فرضية مفادها : "هناك علاقة سببية بين تنافس قوى الإسلام السياسي و بين ظهور و تأجيج الطائفية في العراق".

و تمحورت مشكلة الدراسة في المسألة الطائفية و ما يترتب عليها إشكاليات في العراق باعتبارها آفة خطيرة تهدد البناء الاجتماعي لأي دولة، و اتبعنا المنهج التاريخي و المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و منهج دراسة الحالة، و هذه المناهج معمول بها في مثل هذه الدراسات، و هي تناسب و تحقق الأهداف العامة للدراسة.

و تناولت الدراسة الأسباب التي أدت بدورها إلى بروز الطائفية و قضية السنة و الشيعة التي استغلت من قبل العامل الخارجي ليكون أداة سياسية تعزز فيها و جودها في المنطقة العربية و خاصة العراق، ثم فصلت الدراسة المقصود بقوى الإسلام السياسي و أسباب ظهورها و الوقوف على تجارب للحكم لهذه القوى و خاصة في العراق، و كيف لعبت المحاصصة الطائفية دورا في النظام السياسي العراقي التي أدت بدورها إلى إن يكون العراق لليوم يعاني من تدهور و فساد على كافة المستويات. و قد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج و التوصيات و إثبات صحة فرضية الدراسة التي قامت عليها، حيث إن قوى الإسلام السياسي في العراق و بعد مرور أكثر من 13 سنوات لحكمها للعراق و مازال العنف و التوتر بين السنة و الشيعة و الأكراد يهدد استقرار العراق، و قد فشلت النخبة السياسية العراقية في تطوير نظام حكم شامل للجميع.

English Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the sectarianism in the Arab thought and practicing the forces of political Islam with taking Iraq as a case study.

The study was based on the hypothesis that " there is a causal relationship between the competition of political Islam forces and the emergence of the escalation of sectarianism in Iraq." The study problem was focused around the ethnic issue as well as its consequences relating to conflicts in Iraq, considering it as a dangerous problem that threatens the social construction for any country.

The study adopted the historical approach as well as the analytical descriptive approach and the case study methodology.

These methods are frequently applied in such studies and are compatible for achieving the general objectives of the study.

The study addressed the reasons that led to the emergence of the sectarianism as well as the issue of Sunnah and Shia , that was exploited by the foreign parties , so as to be a tool used by these parties to enhance their existence in the Arabic region, especially, Iraq.

Then, the study explained what is meant by the forces of political Islam, the reasons for their emergence, as well as demonstrating their experiences inthe style of ruling , especially in Iraqand how the ethnic division played a role in the political system in Iraq which, in turn, led to the current deterioration and corruption in Iraq at all the levels these days.

The study concluded a number of results and recommendations and verified the validity of the study hypothesis, where the political Islam forces in Iraq, after 13 years of ruling Iraq, at the time that witnesses the continuity of the violence and tension between Sunnah, Shia and Kurds which threatens the stability of Iraq; the Iraqi political elite failed to developing a comprehensive ruling system for all.
