As a result of Researchers acquaintance on the literature and previous studies that are related with the subject of this research, It was appeared that there is a weakness in the performance of some teaching staff members that reflects on the level of their students.

However, the teachers researcher found this phenomenon in a clear way (unmistakable).The methods of teaching used in most of Universities are the ordinary methods, that neglect the role of the learner in relying on prompting only without activate his role and motivate him to participate or creativity, and the role of the teacher became a traditional one to present the scientific knowledge to the student in ready form .While, the Educational modern Philosophy emerge to the necessity of activating the role of the learner in teaching process by following the modern teaching operations that motivate creativity and invention ,by understanding their teacher to the science operations and applying them during teaching their students.

So, we have to address for such real educational problems and making studies and researches to dress them.

Instead of that , there was no local or Arabic study about this subject (according to the knowledge of the researchers),and in order to address this problem, the researchers prefer to make a current study .Fifteen of the teaching staff have been met with them form University of Baghdad-college of Education for girls to identify the reality of their knowledge of the scientific operations and the extent of using them in teaching student inside the Academic classes.When all data have been collected, the following results showed up: -All of the confirmed 100%,that they relied on Traditional methods of teaching.

-Only 70% of them confirmed that they have no idea about the science operations and insensibility for them, and 30% of them know it in easy way without details ,and 90% of them never using them in teaching ,and 10% never using them in a simple way.

According to that, the problem of research can be identified by answering the following question: The question:(What is the fact of using the science processes by Teaching staff members and its relationship with their trends toward teaching profession?).

The current research aims to the following: 1-Revealing the science operations that are used by the teaching staff members in the teaching process.

2-Revealing the differences in science operations that are using by the teaching staff members according to the Education variable.

3- Revealing the differences in science operations that are using by the teaching staff members according to the Scientific rank.

4- Revealing the differences in science operations that are using by the teaching staff members according to the years of service variable.

5- Revealing the differences in science operations that are using by the teaching staff members according to the specialization variable.

6- Revealing the differences in science operations that are using by the teaching staff members according to the gender variable.

7-Revealing the trends of teaching committee members trends toward teaching profession.

8-Revealing the correlation relationship between the science operations that are using by the teaching committee members and the trends toward teaching profession.

Both researchers rely on the descriptive research methodology due to its fitness with the nature of the current research, and by relying on the surveying study, the sample was chosen from the teaching committee members in the college of Education in University of Baghdad randomly .The study includes 110 teacher distributed on college of Education for Islamic Sciences/Ibn Rushed(38 teacher),College of Education for free sciences/Ibn Alaitham (36 teacher),College of Education for girls(36 teacher).The first tool was prepared, which is the measure of science processes.

It includes 45 alternative tri-term (almost, sometimes ,never) to find the apparent truth and liability.

Also, the relationship between the degree of paragraph with the total degree of measure was founded ,and the ability of distinguishing paragraphs as founded, and the reliability coefficients (0,823) were counted.

The second tool is the measure of trend toward teaching profession that includes 30 Alternative quinary paragraph which are( strongly agree, agree, hesitated ,not agree, not agree strongly).The tool was showed for a group of experts and arbitrators to find the apparent truth and liability, and also the relationship between the degree of paragraph with the total degree of measure was founded ,and the ability of distinguishing paragraphs was founded, and the reliability coefficients (0,861) were counted.

The measure of science operations was applied on the sample of the research on Monday 08/06/2015,and the measure toward the trend of the teaching profession on Tuesday 09/06/2015 .

Both researchers of this study relies on a group of statistical tools to analyze the results .The results are: 1-The use of science operations by teaching committee members was clear.

2-The use of science operations by teaching staff is different according to the education and for the benefit of PhD's holders.

3- The use of science operations by teaching staff is different according to scientific rank and for the benefit of ranks holders(Professor ,Assistant Prof.

,Lecturer).

4- The use of science operations by teaching staff is different according to the years of service and for the benefit of their service (6-10),(11-15),(16- and more).

5- The use of science operations by teaching staff is different according to the scientific and humanitarian specialization, and for the benefit of the scientific specialization.

6- The use of science operations by teaching staff isn’t different according to the gender variable.

7-There is a positive trend toward teaching profession.

8- There is a positive relationship in teaching staff in University of Baghdad for the science operations ,and their trends toward teaching profession.

As a completion of the research results, both researchers recommend many recommendations the main of them are: 1-Benefit of science operations skills that reached by the results of the research by developing centers and continuing centers in different Iraqi Universities in training and rehabilitate process, and rehabilitate the teaching staff members.

2-Includsion in the programs of rehabilitating teaching staff the science processes skills for them in planning for the lesson, and strengthen the relation with his students, making scientific researches and training them how to implement them in teaching.

3-Entering the teaching committee member in training courses of how using the methods of teaching, styles and techniques during the summer holiday according to the skill of science operations that have been reached by the both researchers.

4-Includsion the teaching committee members in rehabilitating programs (science operations) and training them in hoe to implement the in teaching.

5-Making a continuing evaluation to understand the trends the teaching committee staff members toward teaching profession between two another.

6-Inclusion Academic curriculum for the science operations and their mechanism in daily life.

7-The necessity to raise the teaching level the scientific ,cultural and the economical to change the look of society toward it ,and return the look that the society missing it ,because it is considered the source society culture and its charm and reformation by showing its role in reforming and developing society by media and papers systems and magazines.

8-Inclusion the teaching committee member in taking his opinion in making curriculum, or get benefit from his experience as a teacher and in the Educational field generally, and considering him as a field consultant best that expert and the optimal supervisor.

9-The necessity of following and evaluate the programs of elementary teachers according to the set goals ,continuously till reaching the formula to achieve the goals.

10-Concerning the economical condition of the teacher by making him equal to the others of his peers in different professions till achieving an economical life for psychological stability ,that created from his suffering of such problems.

All that will help him feeling that he is not less than others, which leads to increase motivation for achievement and invention ,and achieving high Education.

11-Setting the problems about teachers in media, and transfer through it everything new, experience and new information.

12-The necessity of holding the annual ,seasonally and weekly lectures and seminars to inform them any updates in the field of teaching and their specialties, and the attendance should be controlled in anyhow with specific disciplines to do it in the right way.

13-The necessity of relating his annual bonus with the sufficient reports about his scientific ability and hi active participations in activities, and how he is concerning of his work in general ,and with his student specifically 14-The necessity to join with continuing courses to show them about the new updates about the science operation generally, and everything related to their specialty to raise their teaching level in front of his students and individuals of society.

As complementing the results of the research,both researchers put a group of recommendations.
