This article aims to set up a descriptive and analytic study regarding the important issue of the Fatwa codification that government must organize within the legislative system without breaking citizens’ interests while having consideration to the state and time and place frame of the persons to end the Fatwa anarchy which the result of nowadays multimedia openness and technological improvement.
