Many information sources lack the technical standards of scientific publishing, thus losing its suitability for production (paper or electronic publishing), and become weak, In general, this weakness affects in a negative way, the publishing industry and in particular the academic publishing.

Scientific and linguistic quality of the research does not mean the acceptance for publication, because there are many technical standards and Bibliographic factors that must be achieved in all the contents of the research.

It is possible that the researcher have an appropriate language skills and scientific precision to prepare properly his research, but it is often difficult when preparing this information in accordance with the standards and specifications commensurate with the publishing industry.

The research requires the application of many of the technical and bibliographic standards, such as the size of paper, margins, and the quality of images, shapes, graphics, and the size of the letters…etc, or bibliographic criteria in terms of rationing written references, notes, citation, and quotation, ...

etc.

The present research is keen to highlight the technical and bibliographic standards that should be followed, when preparing scientific research according to international standards for the manufacture of scientific publishing.

Through its discussion of technical editing, this research aims to provide a clear image that helps researchers (In all different fields of knowledge) to write their academic papers, and prepare them properly.
