Abstract EN

The main purpose of this research is to identify the causes of students´ weaknesses in the Arabic language and different types of solutions that may help.

In addition, make some recommendations and suggestions that perhaps would be useful for pupils .

This research was based on an observational study that took place in Literature and Science Colleges In King Abdulaziz University , Alfaisalia Branch .The aim of this research is : to demonstrate the factor which mostly contribute to weaknesses in Arabic language.

Based on questionnaires students are depending on memorizing more than understanding.

The most important suggestions and recommendations that were made to overcome these problems were as follows: 1- To undertake an effort to choose good skilled teachers .

2- Never assign any non-specialized teachers.
