The application of nine syntactic processes in the Qur'anic discourse within contemporary linguistic framework

Abstract EN

This article presents a discussion of nine linguistic devices of contemporary linguistic perspectives.

The main aim is to bridge the gap with regards to the linguistic applications on Qur’anic discourse in terms of the minimality approach which has never been applied on Qur’anic text.

This paper argues that Qur'anic structural patterns can be analyzed within the modern theoretical linguistic framework in order to unfold the rich linguistic and stylistic characteristics of Qur'anic discourse.
