Abstract EN

The most complex issues claimed by Sharia, law and medicine are two issues : Organ Transplantation and determining the moment of death, And just like the other issues that take the character of a descending, Where wrapped around readings and opinions thereby defining traditional and modern events ,rules , origins and standards .

And while medicine study all these issues ; it seeks to find outstanding answers about the possibility or not.

And legally about the criminalization of embarking or refraining the performance of the medical mission linked to life or death ; While the legitimate side is independent by the permissible judgment Azz Fir , the permissible to it .

And from it comes this study assimilating these limits by the fixed and the agreed upon, focusing on the various branches of these two issues.
