The consolidation of democracy in the Algerian political system, the issue is supposed to achieve that integrates the roles of government and the private sector and civil society institutions, and both are based on the features reflect the transparency, accountability and shared responsibility, and participation in policy-making and to promote the rule of law and independence of the judiciary, and the strengthening of decentralization to bring decision-making citizens.
