The Web has become one of the fastest growing industries on a global level.

Despite the existence of many web tools/platforms to create web pages/sites, the need still exits for low-cost systems that can generate web content dynamically and that are easy to use by users of all levels of technical knowledge, and that enable users to produce such content with the least amount of effort and causing the least number of errors.

Content management systems are programs that contain certain applications/components to create web sites, and are widely used for that purpose.

We introduce our experience in designing and developing a system for generating dynamic web pages based on the metadata stored within any database.

Here, the system reads the metadata information from the database and convert it into web pages that can be added, modified or deleted.

The system should also allow the addition of programming code units as and when needed to generate the final pages.
