Abstract EN

This study aimed to know the amount of financing on the technical and technological education by the government considering the capital is one aspect of strategic projects success.

The researchers has used the descriptive method.

Three hundred and fifty teachers and 400 graduates represented population data was collected through a queshonnaire prepared and standardized for the researcher .Data was processed through descriptive and non parametric statistics (X2).

The most important results include : The loans and donations were not exploited to develop technical and technological education.

The buildings of technical and technological education are ancient and it don’t motivate to work.

The machines and tools in the workshops are old and not suitable to the work field.

There is no maintenance for the devices and machines.

There is not enough devices and tools that supports the learning process.

New tools and machines are not provided which makes a big gap between which the student studies in the technical and technological education and which he may find at field work.
