Evaluation is the means that is used to assessthe reality of any system and theextent to which its programs achieve its goals; and this is the basis for taking the necessary decisions todevelop efficiency and increaseeffectiveness.This study aims to evaluate higher studies programs of the Department of Islamic and Comparative Education in the College of Education from the viewpoint of graduate students.

To achieve this aim, the researcher uses the descriptive survey method through a questionnaire addressed to all male and female graduate students of the department from the last three classes who finished their master's and doctorate's programs.

Moreover, the researcher has conducted interviews with some of the graduate students.

Among the most important findings of the study is that the courses offered by the department of Comparative and Islamic Education for graduate studies are important and are highly relevant to the specialization (4.02).

These courses also benefit the members of the sample significantly in their dissertations (3.61).

Another important finding of the study is that thegraduate studies system achieves its projectedlearning outcomes moderately (3.34).

The findings also show that faculty perform their assigned duties moderately (3.33).

Moreover, the programs offered by the department achieve the objectives of graduate studies moderately (3.14).

Finally, the graduate studies system provides administrative and material facilities moderately (2.84).
