English Abstract

Since the scientific research related to a series of efforts to reach a specific goal in a specific science field, and attention was what reached by the former first steps you should take care of them to draw diagrams of research conducted in the past, the focus of recent research focus to be adjusted or add an old look or add a new look to the above study; the current quest will try to review and examination of the legacy of scientific research centers at the University of Tikrit and its role in the scientific and societal development in Salahuddin province, which will represent the Three research centers: the Center Saladin historical and cultural studies, natural resources and energy center, the documents and scientific heritage.
