In nowadays, adopting the knowledge management principle, by the Algerian economic institutions becames a growing necessity as regards of its important role in providing knowledge and give to workers the chance to utilize it , in order to develop the education level, facilitate the management of many tasks, and help in making-decisions.

The knowledge management needs to the elements of information systems as, human sources, information technology, and databases, to achieve its goals effectively.
