The Objective of the study to identify the impact of the counseling program to reduce avoidant attachment When university students Researcher approach empirical research and has been used for the purpose of testing the hypothesis, the researcher used experimental design experimental group and the control of the dimensional test, the sample consisted search of (20) students were distribution into two unequal, (10) members in each group.

After parity measures between the two groups in the variables (age and avoidant attachment and sex division equally), the researcher apply the guidance program to reduce avoidant attachment with the experimental group, while not applied any program with members of the control group, the researcher adopt avoidant scale for attachment (Al Joari And Saadi ,2016) and build indicative programme manual manner cognitive behavioral Meichenbcum.The researcher used statistical methods to analyze the data of this research are : Mann Whitney test for small groups, and Cronbach's alpha.

The search result is : the existence of a statistically significant difference in favor of the experimental group avoidant scale After applying attachment Indicative programme manual in reducing the avoided attachment.
