Variation in the Poetic discourse was mentioned before the Abbasid reign-Many poets have taken different aspect in their poems.
Al-Qadhi Al-Fadhil is one of the poets who are characterized by variation in their poetic discourse a ccording to political and religiow changes or hypocrisy in that the poets are not toyal to the people they praise.
thus, this study is concerned with the points of variation in the poems of Al-Qadhi Al-Fadhil
