It is the subject of Maghreb integration of the importance of which was based on the institutions that were created in the framework of agreements and through the Maghreb countries to advance towards economic and social integration as a measure to develop and broaden and strengthen the economic, social , scientific, cultural and media , as well as the unification of the economic, financial and monetary laws and customs systems and work together harmonization of policies between member countries in various fields for the benefit of the merger of the desired objectives , in the light of obstacles to mergers, the most important political factor , which has become the main reason for the success or failure of any single experience.
