Central Asian States occupied increasingly important in u.s.

foreign policy agenda, perhaps the importance derived from the geopolitical location allowing the United States territorial dynamics control for rising powers in Eurasia, as well as economic potential, especially oil and gas.

Central Asia, a region where many competing global and regional forces not only compete on world powers but there are many regional powers with interests in this area too.

Thus, the rise of this region in the international environment has led to an important geopolitical changes transcended geographical boundaries of Islamic republics to the entire region extending from the Balkans to China including the Caucasus, which led the United States to seek to make Central Asia a central fulcrum to influence political, economic and security reactions to other powers.
