The objective of this study is to highlight the most important post-Cold War transformations that have become a challenge to the entire world, including the United States of America, which has rearranged its foreign policy agenda to take control of areas of influence which for a very long time were subject to influence.

Its allies, and we mean specifically the Maghreb region that is trying to control it, and this is due to the geo-strategic importance of this region on the one hand, and the abundance of energy resources on the other hand.
