Abstract EN

The research aims to identic the impact of the perception of organizationaل support to achieve comprehensive sociai responsibiiity strategy in Paiestinian banks iisted on the stock exchange.

To achieve the o^ectives descriptive, anaiyticai method, and using the questionnaire as a tooi for information gathering, and the sampie of the study consisted of (245) of workers in Paiestinian banks in the stock market, which has branches in the Gaza strip and It has been recovered (186) vaiid questionnaire for anaiysis and response rate (75,9 %) and severai research outcomes, in particuiar: there is a statisticaiiy signi^cant effect of ievei of awareness of organizationai support and achieve overaii sociai responsibiiity strategy for banks.

And there is a trace of aii dimensions of organizationai cognition in achieving overaii sociai responsibiiities strategy at the ievei of statisticai signi^cance (a^0.05), the main recommendations worked to increase awareness of empioyees for organizationai support through their assessment and their orientation and desires and improve quaiity of iife through appropriate functionai upgrade systems and provide reguiatory ciimate and encourage empioyees to take risks and interest in receiving feedback and retention than achieve overaii sociai responsibiiity strategy.
