The united nation tried hardly to put serious solutions for surounding terrorism phenomenon and erase it completely, after its huge success in setting international agreements to defeat terrorism and showing its serious threat on countries as well as its negative reflex on the international peas and security.

The united nation have done many efforts in this concern and had declared a decision called THE INTERNATIONAL STRATEGY OF THE UNITED NATOIN TO DEFEAT TERRORISM 2006 as well all the countries member argued for it and it took one uniformity for confronting terrorism .This strategy included many mainstays that led to eradicate the main reasons of terrorism ,but it remined out of reality for many reasons which can be the disagreement for one conception TERRORISM also the unused of the monetary implement by the united nation that made it uncapable to implement its strategy with legal ways this is what the united state of america have implemented in reality via the strategy against terrorism.
