Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية لأنماط التفكير الاستراتيجي وعلاقتها بدرجة ممارستهم لإعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة في العاصمة عمان، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (246) عضو هيئة تدريس، تم اختيار هم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية النسبية و العينة العنقودية العشوائية، و لجمع بيانات الدراسة استخدمت أدانان : الأولى لقياس ممارسة الأقسام الأكاديمية لأنماط التفكير الاستراتيجي، و الثانية لقياس ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام لإعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة في عمان.

و قد تم التأكد من صدق الأداتين و ثباتهما و كانت النتائج كما يأتي : • أن درجة ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة لأنماط التفكير الاستراتيجي كانت مرتفعة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.92) بانحراف معيار (0.38) • أن درجة ممارسة إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية لدى رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة كانت مرتفعة، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (3.79) بانحراف معياري .(0.95) • عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (a≤0.05) في درجة ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية لأنماط التفكير الاستراتيجي في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة تعزى لمتغيري "الجنس" و "الرتبة الأكاديمية".

• وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (a≤0.05) في درجة ممارسة رؤساء الاقسام الأكاديمية لأنماط التفكير الاستراتيجي في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة تعزى لمتغير الخبرة و لصالح فئتي من 5 إلى أقل من 10 سنوات" و" أقل من 5 سنوات".

• عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (a≤0.05) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية لإعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة تعزى لمتغيرات "الجنس" و "الرتبة الاكاديمية" و "الخبرة".

• وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (a≤0.01) بين الدرجة الكلية الاستبانة "لأنماط التفكير الاستراتيجي" و ابعادها والدرجة الكلية الاستبانة "إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية" و ابعادها.

English Abstract

This study aimed at finding out the degree of practicing strategic thinking patterns by academic department heads and its relation to the degree of their practicing reengineering of administrative processes in Jordanian private universities in the capital of Amman.

The sample of the study consisted of (246) faculty staff members, who were drawn from the study population by using proportional stratified random sample.

Tow tools were used to collect data.

The first was to measure strategic thinking patterns practiced by department heads.

The second was to measure the degree of practicing reengineering of administrative processes, by department heads in Jordanian private universities in the capital of Amman Validity and reliability of the two tools were assured.

The findings of the study were as the following ; - The degree of practicing strategic thinking patterns by academic department heads in Jordanian private universities, was high from teachers' point of view.

The mean was (3-92) with a standard deviation of (0.38).

- The degree of practicing reengineering of administrative processes by academic department heads in Jordanian private universities was high from teachers' point of view.

The mean was (3.79) with a standard deviation of (0-95).

- There were no significant differences at (α≥5.50) in the degree of practicing strategic thinking patterns by academic department heads in Jordanian private universities attributed to sex and academic rank variables.

- There were no significant differences at (α≥5.50) in the degree of practicing strategic thinking patterns by academic department heads attributed to experience variable, in favor of the categories : (from 5 to less than 10 years) and (Less than 5 years).

- There were no significant differences at (α≥5.50) in the degree of practicing reengineering of administrative processes by academic department heads in Jordanian private universities attributed to sex, experience and academic rank.

- There was a positive significant correlational relationship at (α≥5.50) (between the total score of strategic thinking patterns questionnaire, and its dimensions and the total score of reengineering of administrative processes questionnaire and its dimension.
