Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى استقصاء العلاقة بيندرجة ممارسة القادة الأكاديميين في الجامعات الأردنية للحوكمة في العاصمة عمان و علاقتها بدرجة توافر معايير (ستة سيجما) من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على تأثير متغيرات الجنس و السلطة المشرفة والكلية والرتبة الأكاديمية وسنوات الخبرة.

ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم اختيار عينة للدراسة مكونة من (440) عضو هيئة تدريس تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، و قد طورت أداتين لجمع البيانات، و تم التأكد من صدق الأداتين و ثباتهما، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يأتي : - إن درجة ممارسة القادة الأكاديميين للحوكمة في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس كانت متوسطة، و أن درجة توافر معايير (ستة سيجما) كانت متوسطة.

- وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية إيجابية بين متغيري درجة ممارسة الحوكمة و درجة توافر معايير (ستة سيجما).

- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات استجابة أعضاء هيئة التدريس لدرجة ممارسة القادة الأكاديميين للحوكمة تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والسلطة المشرفة والرتبة الأكاديمية وسنوات الخبرة.

- هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات استجابة أعضاء هيئة التدريس لدرجة ممارسة الحوكمة لمتغير الكلية لصالح الكليات الإنسانية.

- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات استجابة أعضاء هيئة التدريس لدرجة توافر معايير (ستة سيجما) لدى القادة الأكاديميين تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والسلطة المشرفة والكلية والرتبة الأكاديمية وسنوات الخبرة.

English Abstract

This study aimed at investigating the degree of practicing governance by the academic leaders in the Jordanian Universities and its relation to the availability of the (six sigma) standers from the faculty members point of view, as well as knowing the effect of gender changes, supervising authority, the faculty ; the academic ranks and the years of experience, To achieve this objective a sample of (440) faculty members were drawn using stratified random sampling techniques two questionnaire was developed to measure the practicing of governance and the (six sigma) standers by academic leaders in the Jordanian Universities the validity and reliability of the two tools were achieved some results of the study were as follows : - The degree of practicing governance by the academic leaders in the Jordanian universities and the degree of the degree of (six sigma) standers from the faculty members of view were medium.

- There was a positive and significant relations practicing governance and the degree of availability of the (six sigma) standers.

- There was no significant difference between staff members in their responses to governance due to gender, supervising authority ; the academic ranks and the years of experience.

- There was significant difference in the degree of practicing governance between staff members due to the faculty in favor of humanities faculties.

- There was no significant difference between staff members in there.
