Abstract EN

Throughout history, financial transactions have been coined with development and modernization, requiring compatibility and research for possible officialization by the relevant specialized authorities.

These modern financial transactions impose on the Islamic financial institutions to take their precaution and raise awareness which require knowledge of the legal regulations for each transaction, in order to ensure its legitimacy and convenience to the Islamic Sharia.

The legal legislation authorities which are approved by the Muslim countries in general, and the financial institutions in particular, are one of the most important authorities able to search and issue regulations and principles related to the financial transactions' norms and developments.

Moreover, the task of these institutions require living up to some challenges in order to carry out the tasks with which they are entrusted, by having a solid grasp of the religious, legal and economic aspects of each transaction.

This research attempts to display the most important legal regulations of financial transactions – to show the importance of committing to these regulations in Chapter II, and then to present various specialized authorities which control and monitor the financial transactions for the Islamic financial institutions in Chapter III, going through the different challenges and obstacles that legal bodies face.

This research is then concluded by presenting conclusions and suggesting recommendations which we have learned throughout this modest research.
