Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the impact of the training program on social skills development among a sample of autistic children in Port Sudan, recognizing the effectiveness of the programs in developing and equipping them with the skills.

The study adopted the experimental method, and study population consists of autistic children whose ages rang from(5 - 9) years.

A group of (10) autistic children divided into two groups: experimental (5) and control group (5) A pilot was of eighteen results in : 1.

There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) less in social skills among the members of the experimental group and the control group in the post test which studied by the proposed program the development of social skills in children with autism for the experimental group.

There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.005) and less in the post-test training program for development of social skills for children with autism and follow-up test for the experimental group.

Researcher recommend training for the families of autistic children through workshops and training courses, and to involve them in the planning and implementation of the educational program.

Also training of autistic children on social skills at an early age, which help them to rely on them selves in their every day life .
