This study aims to identify the international efforts in the field of corporate governance, through the display principles exported by international organizations and bodies, especially the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), which issued a set of corporate governance principles in 2004 become the points of reference and basis for the initiatives of governance in all countries, as well as the principles of the Basel Committee on banking supervision, which aims to emphasize the good practices in banks and financial institutions, as well as the principles issued by some of the stock market authorities in the field of governance and committed the listed companies in which the application of these principles, and seeks organizations and bodies all over the induction of the application of these principles to raise the level of commitment, transparency in the treatments who amelioration the performance of companies and attainment all development
