Abstract EN

This study dealt with the development of the scientific research and it’s promotion though palmed strategies in order to benefit from it’s result to support leaching process.

The study aimed at connecting Educational researches with others Scientific research centers.

Provide comprehensive research strategies to develop scientific research at universities descriptive analytic approach to colled the data relevent to the study and social development to benefit these result directly and effeccvely.

The important result reached was that the weak interaction between the social institutes and educational research centers lost fund and training chances.

Finally the study recommends that there must be a link between Educational of researches.
