Abstract EN

This research focuses on the study of the reality of the education sector at Ennuhood locality in West Kordofan State, after the division of the research community into four categories, who were the inhabitants of the mid-cities, the outskirts of towns, stable rural and nomads.

The main objective of the research is to identify the reality of education in the locality and the degree of difference between community groups in the opportunities available.

The significance of the research is represented in several points ; the most important is researcher’s experience to the reality of education in the region, and trying to draw officials’ attention for its development.

The researcher used four approaches listed as : the historical, descriptive, case study and statistical method, whereas, the data collected from the primary and secondary.

The researcher reached many results, the most important represented in the marked deterioration in the education sector in the locality, and the evidence is the acute lack in the basic services specially the basic schools at which 89% suffered from the lack of network of drinking water.

The most important recommendations of the research include the inevitable adoption of the state of public education in the region in all respects, like the preparation and training of the teachers, improve the school environment, and interest in nomadic schools.
