Syrian people have been suffering from bloodhseds perpetrated by the Syrian bloody and inherited regime for more than four years day and might against its citizens for nothing but their dream of a decent life and social justice that are considered extravagant and a kind of loftiness and prosperity which people have no right to dream of as long as the ruling Baati party and whoever endorses its ideology cherish them The weapons of non-nationalists from military members were lifted against defenseless people in a booldy manner unprecedented in the history of the Arabo-Islamic regimes.

The flames of the unbalancedly armed conflict started between State army buttressed by “Chabiha” paid fighters and also from external powers that share the same political and ideological doctrines such as other which struggles for imposing its world sovereignty in a latent conflict to redraw the map of power dynamics inside the United Nations composed of two sects Russia one hand and the West led by the USA on the other hand.

The Russian clan believes that the Syrian war is an internal conflict between legitimate State and terrorist groups seeking to wield external agendas to serve locally political Islmaist groups.

The bloodsheds that Syrian are prone to have become a play whose acts are displayed in front of the whole world which in itself is composed of citizens who denounce these bloodsheds and deem them a violation against humanity as a whole.

These people ask for urgent cease of this bleeding by force as long as all diplomatic attempts failed with an unjust Russian Veto which is pit against reuling regimes that cherish the Veto right considering the bloodsheds an internal terrorism internationally subsidized against an elected State regime.

The acts of this killing, genocide, and oppression play continue using chemical weapons when this regime’s advocates are not convinced that they are scribbling black pages in the modern history of humanity.

The pertinent questions are how can we justify the international aspect of these Syrian regime’s crimes against its people so that we can assume the specialization of the International Court and bring to justice the symbols of the Syrian ‘Baati’ regime and whomever perpetrates these crimes? What are the available alternative solutions to legitimize any international military intervention in case that the International Penal Court fails without breaching the principle of State sovereignty? This is what we will investigate in this study starting with the necessity of proving the international involvement in the ‘Baati’ Syrian regime’s crimes as a basis for the specialization of the International Penal Court to pursue it as follows:
