This study aims to clarify the complementary aspects that organizations can today be achieved if they proceeded to create a balance and compatibility between organizational performance balanced scale in terms of the basic themes and the intellectual resources of the organizations in terms of the three human and structural assets dimensions and relationships with customers, and for tracking the researcher theoretical orientations in this topic derived from his studies of Applied situations in business organizations, was reached to create a complementary approach to the theory of balanced performance between the scale and intellectual capital that is utilized in improving the competitive aspect and to achieve strategic dimensions of business organizations.
