Crime of trafficking in persons is a crime novel brought about reality and share the results of the whole world as one of the images of organized crime; and practiced within the scope of more than one country, due to the seriousness of the growing sense of the crime by the international community to combat it, has to ratify the Palermo Protocol supplementing the Convention on Transnational Organized Crime, which It came to sensitizing the seriousness of the crime, offering ways to combated, asking states to ratify it and adopt its provisions in domestic and international cooperation with other countries and non-govemmental organizations and members of civil society and its laws, to achieve a clearly defined policy in the field of combating and preventing the crime of trafficking in persons.
