Law n° 83-18 one of the most important laws in Algeria ‘ as many try to wrap around the requirements of the Socialist system and supporters opposed to the privatization of agricultural lands.

But the failure of agriculture imposing power legislative radical solution to the issue of ownership as an effective element in the evolution of the production ‘ and the catalyst for real success for farmer in the search for yield.

So the law n° 83-18 was legally dangerous given the surroundings and experimental step towards privatization of agricultural lands ‘ the authority based on its success to the legitimate justifications.
