Abstract EN

This study aimed to know the requirements of the proactive approach of teaching competencies that must be provided from the viewpoint of secondary school teachers.

In order to achieve the objectives of this study were selected stratified random sample composed of 210 professor studying in gas .consummation the purpose of the study was to follow the descriptive approach, and to collect information researcher student designed a measure consists of five axes, which represents teaching proactive approach requirements competencies, namely: Genesis, teaching aids, roleleamer, the rôle of the professor, Calendar .Oakton scale of item 54, recorded in front of her three-graded scale (always, sometimes, never, were honesty and reliability coefficients calculation were applied on the ground.

The study found the following results : Most teachers agree on a proactive approach teaching competencies and requirements that must be met, namely: Genesis, teaching aids, the role of learning in the educational process, the role of the teacher in the educational process.
