Social contracts are those contracts that help in the development and flourishing of societies, and actively contributes in creating jobs for the unemployed.

This research paper has been carried on with the objective of illustrating the importance of those contracts in peoples' life.

We displayed the opinion of Malikite doctrine where scholars in answer the following questions : What is meant by a given social contract ? What is its exact disposition in Islamic Law ? What are its nature and its principles? What are its pillars and their conditions as well as their abrogations ?.
