The books of :"El Fikah" -in general- and the "Malikia" books -in particular- always use the term:"accusation" or "tuhma", in a number of questions, like when dealing with "business transaction and marriages”.

If al-maliki refers to accusation as its likelihoods - like the rules in "Ossol"- meaning tends to go towards corruption and nullity.

Ways of avoiding this restricted understanding cannot avoid dealming with terms like:"suspicion", "imputation" and "indictment
