Abstract EN

Computer software programmes are considered part of the legal updated matters in law and thought.

It is still argued on the legal issues of those programmes intellectual property rights.

Since legal thought is involved on the follow up of the developments produced by the human brain in order to provide a judicial and legal protection, maintaining the advancing of humans and keeping on developments towards the best, I present in this study an approach in identifying the legal nature for the rights related to the computer software programmes between patents and intellectual literary property.

Noting that common opinion on the computer software programmes are of the intellectual literary property.

These computer software programmes cannot be considered as a patent unless they have practical applications in the industrial world.
