Abstract EN

This research is one of the studies that show the legal status of children in both international and national laws, which identify the child main and diverse rights, and they always seek to show the child best interests.

This comparison does not only show the differences and problematic features between them, but rather it highlights similarities and integration.

The question we try to answer is that what the necessary measures taken into account regarding these rights are.

The hypothesis that this research relies on is to enhance the child rights through legal national and international legal texts, and to show the most important Jordanian steps and achievements and international programs aiming to establish their rights in order to see whether it is possible to apply these rights on the ground or not.
