Abstract EN

The present study aims to discuss two issues related to commercial espionage.

The First issue investigates the meaning of commercial espionage, historical development and its direct and indirect impact on the undisclosed information which has commercial value.

The second issue discusses the legal means and methods which have been adapted at national and international levels in order to prevent the impacts of commercial espionage on trade secrets.

In fact, discussing the issue in question is considered the starting point of clarifying, presenting and determining its impacts on the undisclosed information in the light of the absence of an inclusive and unified legal framework against this dilemma.
