Le concept de la qualité est devenu l’un des facteurs les plus importants déterminant la décision d’achat chez les consommateurs ; en effet la majorité des sociétés mères prennent en charge ce concept.
La qualité est un défit concurrentiel et caractérisé par le développement durable.
Cet article présente une approche théorique sur la qualité des services sanitaires et des méthodes récentes évaluantes (Servqual/ Servperf) qui peuvent déterminer des échelles quantitatives et précises.
