This study touches on the governance of banks and the active role they play in reducing financial crises taking place in the world as a whole and whose repercussions are still affecting financial and economic systems.

The study also tries to highlight the growing interest in the governance of banking, which has become an important element of enhancing economic success and reform in light of globalization, opening up of countries and intense competition.

The implementation of rules and foundations has become a slogan adopted by developed economies and developing countries alike, a way to boost confidence in the economy of any state, and a standard on the implementation of fair and transparent policies.

These policies are designed to reduce administrative and financial corruption.

This eventually leads to pinpointing glitches in the system and treating them to decrease the growing and frequent occurrence of crises.
