Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to show the importance of information as an element in strategic vigilance for the development of institutions.

It is indispensable as it helps in the adaptation to the changes in the environment, as well as in the prediction of such fluctuations and changes before they happen, to take appropriate actions and to make them commensurate with the goals of the organization.

The research finds a number of results that focus primarily on the need to provide all the material and non-material resources as strategic vigilance is a strategic action the organization cannot do without, because it provides information which qualifies it to face changes more efficiently.
