Among fixed Islamic rules there is one that says that all of rules work for the interests of people.

Thus all such laws are envisaged at the end to save and protect people's interests and move away the bad from them.

The fact is that all these interests are not at the same level, and we find that some are more important than others.

It is through this paper that we will show the classification and the ranking of these interests of human being.
