Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to investigate the contribution of the training programs used in the institution under study, the achievement of total quality.

In order to achieve this, the researcher selected a random sample of 105 workers from the community study and a number of employees in the factory of electrical cables in Biskra.

There have been questionnaires and were verified for their validity and reliability which included 20 items distributed on the four themes, namely: identification of training needs, designing and implementing training programs, evaluation of training programs, to achieve total quality.

Was the introduction of the data to the computer and processed using the statistical program spss, where extracted averages, standard deviations, and test (T), and study results indicated : -to identify training needs contributes to the achievement of total quality organization under study.

-that the design and implementation of training programs have a role in achieving total quality organization under study - that the evaluation of training programs is important in achieving total quality organization under study.
