Abstract EN

This study comes to shed light on the efforts of the scholar Ibn Achour in his bid to clarify the limits and correctness of “El makassid” or the desired objectives.

This field of study has been long ignored in the writings of contemporary “El makassid” although it is a very important tool in guiding the “El makassid” studies in the learning and practical spheres.

This is carried on with the purpose of handing them out safely to posterity.

The study has culminated in arriving at a number of results which can be a subject of further research and development.
