Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى استقصاء العلاقة بين درجة توافر قيم المواطنة لدى رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية في الجامعات الأردنية في محافظة العاصمة (عمان)، و ممارسة الولاء التنظيمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس من وجهة نظرهم، و مع اختلاف وجهات النظر باختلاف الجنس، و الكلية و الرتبة الأكاديمية و السلطة المشرفة، و عدد سنوات الخبرة.

و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي واستخدام استبانتين؛ الأولى قيم المواطنة والثانية الولاء التنظيمي، و تم التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما، و طبقت على عينة مكونة من (300) عضو هيئة تدريس، و أظهرت النتائج : أن درجة توافر قيم المواطنة لدى رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية في محافظة العاصمة (عمان) من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاءت بمستوى متوسط، وكذلك درجة الولاء التنظيمي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس، و يوجد علاقة إيجابية طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05≥a) بين مستوى درجتي توافر قيم المواطنة و الولاء التنظيمي، و أن هنالك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى درجة توافر قيم المواطنة لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس تعزى لمتغير الرتبة الأكاديمية لصالح الأستاذ، و عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس، و الكلية، و السلطة المشرفة، و سنوات الخبرة.

و عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الولاء التنظيمي تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة.

English Abstract

This study aimed at finding the relationship between the available degree of Citizenship values among the heads of academic sections in the Jordanian Universities in the Capital Amman and its relationship with hierarchal loyalty of the teaching staff form their own perspective, with the difference of perspectives based on gender, faculty, academic rank, authority of supervision, and the years of experience.

In order to achieve the objectives of this study description correlation method was used and two surveys were used : the first Citizenship and the second hierarchal loyalty and both were checked and verified, they were applied on a sample of (300) faculty members.

The study showed a group of results as follows : the available degree of Citizenship values among the heads of academic sections in the Jordanian Universities in the Capital Amman from the perspective of faculty members was average as well as the degree of hierarchal loyalty of the faculty members, and there is a positive correlation that have statistical indication at the level of (≤05.0) between the level degrees of enhancing the citizenship values hierarchal loyalty, and that there are differences which have a statistical indication at the available level of citizenship values among the faculty members because of academic rank variable.

Without having differences which have a statistical indication based on the variables of gender, faculty, academic rank, authority of supervision, and the years of experience.

And without having differences which have a statistical indication at the level of hierarchal loyalty because of the study variables.
