Abstract EN

With the growth of Takful insurance industry in the world and its commitment to provide insurance services of all types, innovate new forms of hedging under the legal standards as well as to find legal alternatives to traditional types of insurance, Takaful insurance has become increasingly acceptable among stakeholders in the field of insurance and achieves continued success, especially after strengthening its credibility by its Shari'a compliance.

However, despite significant achievements, Takaful insurance faces a series of challenges in its practical experiences.

Thus, this study contributes to the presentation of the experiences of Takaful insurance, starting with the concept of Takaful insurance through its definition and denoting its basic principles before addressing its fundamental differences with commercial insurance.

In order to elucidate the problem of this study, the different experiences of Takaful insurance practices are presented with its achievements and the challenges it faces.
